Our Business Analysis function plays a crucial role in driving our company’s growth, and we are committed to providing our team the requirements, artifacts and understanding to enable them to deliver quality outcomes and value for our customers. What you’ll be doing:
During your time with us, you will work within a development team which may consist of a Product Manager, an agile delivery lead, QA’s and engineers. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, UX and 3rd Parties to ensure that any features released to our website is of the highest standard for our customers.
You Will:
Collaborate with users, key stakeholders and project team to translate business requirements into user stories for the development team to build and release
Work closely with Product Managers to help shape the backlog of work – taking ownership of product related queries and following them through to resolution
Be comfortable working with the development team to ensure they understand the vision for the product and are designing great features for our users
Be willing to run stand ups and refinement sessions where required
Develop appropriately detailed stories for product features so that they are clearly understood by the development team
Motivate the development team to deliver solutions with an appropriate sense of urgency
Work with key stakeholders across the company to ensure successful product releases
