We’re looking for someone passionate about infrastructure automation — someone who loves using code to build and maintain high-performance systems across both cloud and physical hardware. You’ll work on cutting-edge hybrid cloud solutions, managing everything from bare-metal servers to AWS deployments. If you thrive in environments where Terraform, Kubernetes, and Helm are the norm, and you enjoy solving tough infrastructure challenges with code, this role is for you. What You’ll Do: - Automate and manage infrastructure across cloud (mainly AWS) and on-prem systems - Administer and optimize Kubernetes environments - Write infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform, Pulumi, and Helm - Collaborate closely with developers to support and scale our platform - Monitor systems, troubleshoot performance, and improve reliability - Shape how we approach hybrid cloud infrastructure What We’re Looking For: - Deep experience with Kubernetes and related automation - Solid AWS knowledge, especially EC2, IAM, and VPC - Strong Linux systems administration skills - Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g. Python, Ruby, Rust) - Skilled in CI/CD tools (CircleCI, Tekton, GitHub Actions, etc.) - Expertise with Terraform, Pulumi, or similar - Familiar with monitoring tools like Prometheus, and smart about setting alerts - Great communicator, self-organised, and collaborative Bonus Points: - Experience with physical infrastructure and datacenter equipment - Knowledge of networking fundamentals: VLANs, VPNs, routing protocols You’ll have the freedom to make a real impact and the chance to shape our infrastructure from the ground up.

We’ll give plenty of notice beforehand and, since your home is your primary place of work, we will pay for any travel or accommodation. *Share options* We have set aside 10% of the company as share options to be divided amongst our employees.
