We are seeking a Senior Developer for our backend development team to actively contribute to the design, development, and delivery of the game engine services. The role will also include mentoring and supporting the team with development and will require you to showcase your technical expertise in delivering backend systems. You will be actively involved in technical discussions, design decisions, and will require you to own the delivery of highly available, resilient, and maintainable services. Responsibilities: Owning end-to-end software development process for creating and delivering robust software solutions Collaborate proactively with the team to ensure timely delivery of products aligned with our content roadmap Work closely with other teams to foster collaborative practices, streamline processes, and enhance product quality, ultimately improving delivery timelines Focus on enhancing our technical ecosystem by emphasizing observability practices, ensuring robustness and reliability Leverage your technical expertise as an integral part of our development team to tackle intricate challenges and construct reliable, well-documented, and highly available cloud solutions Foster a culture of continuous innovation and strategic thinking. Play a pivotal role in project planning, reviewing software designs, and implementing improvements Engage actively in designing and developing intricate technical solutions Translate project requirements into technical specifications, architecture designs, and implementation plans Develop clean, efficient, and well-documented software solutions. Stay updated on emerging technologies, software development trends, and best practices Requirements: Excellent knowledge of C# Strong knowledge of database management systems (SQL, NoSQL) Good working experience of cloud services and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) Proven experience in building backend systems Demonstrable experience with all aspects of delivering high volume APIs Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and development methodologies Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Adaptability and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies Estimating complex technical stories and breaking them down Track record of implementing CI/CD pipelines
