Role Overview
We’re seeking a proactive Sales Executive to join our expanding team. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of OneClickComply licenses. As the face of our product to clients, you’ll play a crucial role in helping organisations understand the value of streamlined compliance through our solution. This position requires a balance of strong sales acumen, relationship-building skills, and an understanding of the cybersecurity compliance landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets for OneClickComply licenses.
Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within targeted industries and market segments.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Product Demonstrations: Deliver engaging product demos, showcasing OneClickComply’s unique features, including one-click compliance, comprehensive reporting, and task automation.
Market Insight: Stay updated on industry trends, cybersecurity compliance standards, and competitor offerings to effectively position OneClickComply in the market.
Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities and achievements, providing regular updates to the Chief Commercial Officer.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product development teams to ensure a smooth customer journey and timely feedback.
Required Skills and Experience
Proven Sales Experience: 3+ years in a sales role, ideally within the technology or cybersecurity industry.
Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage clients and deliver compelling product pitches.
Target-Driven: Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with cybersecurity compliance frameworks (e.g., Cyber Essentials, ISO 27001) is an advantage.
Tech-Savvy: Ability to quickly understand and articulate technical product features and benefits.
Self-Motivated and Organised: Able to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work independently to drive sales outcomes.
