What You’ll Be Doing:

Oversee the technical direction and architecture for our AI backend and integration of AI services into our core product stack. The AI backend consumes product data, and provides AI services to the product components. It uses existing external AI services (e.g., powered by AWS) combining them with internal data to provide value-adding services for our users.

Hands-on develop the most complex, foundational capabilities that power our AI backend

What You Bring:

• Proven experience of establishing business-value adding AI services into existing products by integrating existing AI services.
• Extensive experience working with Java, JavaSpring, JavaScript and React.
• Experience with using AI services (OpenAI, AWS, …)
• Ability and/or willingness to use our product
• You thrive in taking ownership of the codebase, as well as how you deploy and operate software.
• You are comfortable with the “you build it, you run it” mindset.
