As a Ruby on Rails Engineer, you will work collaboratively with a team of developers, product managers, and designers to build innovative solutions for their customers. Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain the company’s Ruby on Rails web applications - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable and innovative solutions - Identify and resolve technical issues as they arise - Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development process and coding standards Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field - 3+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails - Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - Experience in top coding practices, TDD - Excellent communication and teamwork skills
