Description
As Head of Enterprise Data Architecture you’ll be responsible for how Brit ingest, manage and move data across the organisation through the operational, data lake & analytics landscape. You’ll also be responsible for defining and evolving the overall data architecture, working closely with Business, technology & data stakeholders.
We are looking for someone who considers themselves to be an excellent team player with a positive attitude. This role will play a critical part in supporting Brit to continue its journey to develop its data & AI capabilities on next-generation technology.
In this role, you’ll lead on and ensure the Data Architecture underpins value creation for the organisation, including underwriting data approaches, financial reporting, portfolio management and operational management. You’ll also lead & mentor across the organisation, including data architects ensuring all teams follow the architecture principles and recommended practises through fit-for-purpose governance.
