We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our growing Product Analytics team!
In this role, you will work closely with Product managers and teams to ensure that data insights are driving business decisions. You will be responsible for managing a series of experiments across a range of Product teams and developing a standardised readout of results to implement with stakeholders.
You will also focus on establishing a culture of automated AB testing that will scale as our company continues to grow.

Work with Product teams to provide insights and analysis; identifying what’s working well and what’s not for customers, spotting areas for improvement and proposing new opportunitiesWork with our analytics engineers to ingest new data sources into our data stack for analyticsBuild data visualisations and dashboards for Product stakeholders to monitor KPIs and facilitate data-driven decision making in line with their roadmapsPropose new ideas for Product experiments based on analysis and assist stakeholder teams in identifying success criteriaDesign, setup and conduct experiments in collaboration with Product stakeholders, working with other Analytics teams in the business to ensure results are robust and reproducibleDive into test results, conduct statistical tests and understand trends using advanced analytical methodsStandardise our approach to testing to allow us to scale fast in a growing business We encourage you to apply, even if you might not meet all the requirements.
Strong and proven background as a Data Analyst (or similar role) in a Product environmentAdvanced SQL skills and experience querying large data sets, experience with GoogleBigQuery and dbt a plusProficient in python or R to conduct Advanced AnalyticsStakeholder management experience; You’ll have the ability to foster and maintain meaningful stakeholder relationship across the business, particuarly with Product stakeholders who embrace an Agile way of workingExperience of working with experimental design and results, and using this data to report on business performance and drive product improvements (experience with Snowplow or experimentation vendors such as Optimizely or ABTasty a plus)An eye for detail that produces in-depth analysis that goes beyond the initial questions of stakeholders to deliver new and actionable insight to drive value for the businessAn understanding of the end-to-end data lifecycle from data sourcing to ETL/ELT, data warehousing, experimentation, data visualisation and sharing of results, using tools such as GitHub for version control of SQL codeMathematical and statistical knowledge to understand different statistical tests to validate experimental results, either from an academic background or through on-the-job experienceExperience of designing and building impactful BI dashboards using Looker or Tableau that serve technical and non-technical audiencesExcellent communication skills: The ability to articulate complex concepts both verbally and in-writing to stakeholders and colleagues at different levels of seniorityA self-starter mindset: Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment with the ability to work to tight deadlines and a pragmatic approach to problem solvingThe motivation to make a big impact on our business and a passion for using data to effectively support business decision-making
