About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Agentforce Tester to join our growing team. In this role, you will ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of AI Agents built on the Agentforce platform. You will test conversational flows, validate agent behaviour, identify defects, and play a key role in shaping the performance and safety of next-generation AI systems.

This position will see you working closely with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to enhance agent accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Design, execute, and document detailed test plans and test cases for AI agents.
• Perform manual and automated testing across conversational flows, integrations, APIs, and user journeys.
• Validate agent accuracy, intent recognition, response quality, and adherence to safety and business rules.
• Conduct regression testing following updates or retraining cycles.
• Test agents across multiple channels (web, mobile, CRM, chat widgets).

Defect Identification & Resolution

• Log defects with clear reproduction steps and diagnostic detail.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to troubleshoot and validate fixes.
• Identify edge cases, requirement gaps, and possible failure points.

Data & Performance Analysis

• Analyse conversation logs to detect issues, misclassifications, and optimisation opportunities.
• Monitor key performance metrics including accuracy, latency, handoff rates, and customer satisfaction.
• Provide insights to improve training data, prompts, and configuration.

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure agents follow security, data-handling, and responsible-AI standards.
• Validate that responses avoid prohibited content and satisfy safety guardrails.
• Support audits and maintain documentation for testing coverage and release readiness.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Work alongside Product, Engineering, and SMEs to align testing with requirements.
• Contribute to testing frameworks, automation tooling, and best practices.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and cross-functional working groups.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in software testing, QA, or conversational AI testing.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies (functional, regression, exploratory, UAT).
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts or LLM-based systems (preferred).
• Familiarity with JSON, APIs, and test automation frameworks.
• Exceptional analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in Agile environments.

What You'll Be Doing Designing and delivering optimisation and ML models (linear/mixed-integer programming, heuristics, supervised/unsupervised learning) in Python, from prototype to production Building robust, automated data pipelines and integrating models into cloud-based deployment pipelines with CI/CD Owning features end-to-end - from stakeholder requirements through to algorithm hardening, edge-case handling, and value measurement Working with orchestration frameworks (Dagster/Airflow), experiment tracking (MLflow), and containerised infrastructure (Docker/ECS) Collaborating closely with business stakeholders and contributing to roadmap and feature prioritisation What We're Looking For Strong operational research and optimisation background - this is a must Fluent Python, with hands-on experience of scikit-learn, pandas, numpy, Gurobi or similar OR packages Production ML/optimisation software experience - you've shipped models that run at scale Cloud platform experience (AWS preferred); familiarity with SageMaker, DVC, GitHub Actions a bonus Strong SQL and data engineering fundamentals Experience in airline, aviation, transport, or engineering/maintenance environments is highly desirable Master's degree (or equivalent) in Data Science, ML, or Operational Research - or strong demonstrable industry experience

Program Scope:

* Developing and provisioning of infrastructure that support agentic workflows across both Azure and GCP

* Data science expertise to help shape the agentic solution design of Coach AI as well as target state AI Assistant

* Creation of agent integration patterns to fulfil and action on behalf of customers by leveraging Bank systems

* Development of new AI products for the Conversational Banking Lab, including but not limited to:

* Agent summarisation - bespoke features to summarise nuanced conversations

* App search evolution - transforming the existing vector search functionality into a fully generative experience and transition to single experience point

* Evaluation methods - continued automation of both deterministic and generative conversations in a scaled and simulated way

I’m currently working with a leading UK fintech that is looking to bring in a Senior Data Scientist to join their growing decision science team.

You’ll be responsible for developing and deploying models that support underwriting decisions, pricing strategies, and fraud detection, working closely with product, engineering, and risk teams to ensure models are robust, scalable, and delivering commercial value.

THE ROLE

• Develop and enhance credit risk models, including scorecards and machine learning models for underwriting and portfolio management
• Build pricing models and optimisation strategies to support customer acquisition and portfolio profitability
• Design and improve fraud detection models to identify suspicious activity and reduce financial losses
• Work closely with product, risk, and engineering teams to deploy models into production
• Analyse large datasets to uncover insights that inform decisioning strategies
• Monitor model performance and drive continuous model improvements

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong experience developing credit risk, fraud, or pricing models within financial services or fintech
• Strong programming experience in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, XGBoost etc.)
• Solid SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
• Good understanding of machine learning and statistical modelling techniques
