What we’re looking for:

Essential:

  • 2 years experience in Property Maintenance or similar role
  • Level 2 Property Maintenance or similar trade qualification
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proactive approach to maintaining high standards of safety and functionality
  • Team player who thrives in a busy environment
  • Experience with maintenance management systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Desirable (Not required but a plus):

Skills & Experience

? Previous experience installing automatic doors and/or aluminium shopfronts
? BS7036 / EN16005 certification (preferred)
? CSCS card
? Full UK driving licence
? Strong communication and customer service skills
? Positive, enthusiastic approach
? NVQ in Specialist Occupations (Doors, Gates, Shutters) desirable
? Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check

Pay & Hours

  • £15.00 £18.50 per hour (DOE)
  • 40 hours per week
  • No on-call requirement
  • Overtime: 1.5x Monday - Friday and weekends
  • Monthly efficiency bonus (team-based)
