Job Summary
Were looking for a passionate and dedicated Building Services AC Engineer to join our clients on-site engineering team at a large mixed-use commercial scheme in Birmingham.
In this role, youll be responsible for maintaining and servicing AC and associated building services across multiple commercial areas within the site. If youre a reliable, technically skilled engineer who enjoys working in a static environment with a strong team around you, wed love to hear from you.
Youll be joining an established team of 5 on-site engineers, expanding to6, and will play a key role in maintaining a high standard of service delivery across the scheme.
Key Responsibilities
Planned and reactive maintenance of AC and building services systems
Carrying out PPMs in line with site requirements
Ensuring compliance with SFG20 standards
Accurate record keeping and completion of logbooks
Supporting the wider on-site engineering team
Requirements
Recognised AC / Building Services qualification
Proven experience working within commercial environments
Experience with PPM and reactive maintenance
