The RoleAs a Senior Service & Maintenance Engineer, youll take ownership of both planned preventative maintenance and complex reactive faults across a varied client portfolio.

Youll be trusted to investigate issues thoroughly, identify root causes, carry out effective repairs and recommend sensible remedial or upgrade solutions where required.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Planned preventative maintenance across fire & security systems
• Diagnosing and resolving complex or recurring faults
• Servicing live systems including CCTV, Access Control, Intruder and Fire Alarms
• Root-cause analysis to reduce repeat call-outs and downtime
• Repair, replacement and recommissioning of equipment
• Producing accurate, audit-ready service documentation
• Acting as a senior, client-facing technical representative
• Advising clients on system condition, risks and next steps
• Supporting installation and commissioning teams where servicing expertise is required
• Participating in an on-call rota as an escalation-level engineer

This role plays a key part in maintaining system integrity, client confidence and long-term service relationships.

What Theyre Looking For

• Minimum 5 years experience servicing electronic security systems
