The Team:
Our Team is responsible for leading and delivering the development of manufacturing processes from initial concept through to commissioning and qualification. The team brings strong expertise in process development and system integration, ensuring robust, efficient, and compliant manufacturing solutions.
Key responsibilities include defining, managing, and approving process technical requirements; contributing expert input to risk management activities; and providing engineering support throughout the tendering process. The team is also accountable for implementing Safe Systems of Work in line with company policies and statutory requirements, as well as technically managing the commissioning and qualification of new and existing processes.
A solid understanding of statistical techniques for assessing process capability and maintaining process control is highly valued. Experience with Six Sigma principles and the ability to develop, establish, and sustain capable production processes are considered strong advantages.

We are seeking a Programme Quality Engineer to join our quality team in Cwmbran. This role will focus on guaranteeing the compliance of products and services delivered to customers by implementing customer and Safran requirements within the program, act as a quality interface and represent the Quality department by building and maintaining relationships of trust with customers. Listen to customers' concerns about quality and translate them into requirements, negotiate as effectively as possible with the customer and implement them operationally within the program.
