Introduction
Theprimary duties of this role will be todesign, develop, and lifecycle support of the sites electrical and instrumentation systems. Acting asthe technical authority for all electrical and control elements across new product development.
Key Responsibilities
This role will involve some national and / or international travel mostly likely 1-2 times a year.
The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of PLC systems an programming and the capability to be responsible for all electrical items across the site
Salary: Up to £40K

What will you be doing?
As a Smart Metering Engineer, you’ll be exchanging traditional meters for smart, along with responding to emergency and maintenance appointments on behalf ofE.ON NEXT, ensuring customers Smart Meters are working correctly. Our smart metering parternship with E.ON NEXT is in its twelfth year, built on continuous high performance, resulting in multiple contract extensions
Customer service is our top priority. You’ll make sure that all jobs are completed on time and our customers are explained the benefits and safe usage of their new smart meter. Do you enjoy working on your own,chatting to customers and meeting new people?
As part of your day, you’ll be completing the installation and ensuring the ongoing maintenance of smart meters in our customers homes. You will be doing around 5 jobs per day. Do you want to make some extra money? There’s an uncapped bonus for any extra jobs you complete too.
You’ll be travelling around your area using your tablet to see your jobs for the day. Like to plan ahead? You will have access to your schedule up to 2 weeks in advance.
