Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified Electrical Engineer to provide comprehensive electrical and mechanical maintenance services for a prestigious office building in central Cambridge. Key Responsibilities

Utilize mechanical knowledge to support HVAC systems, pumps, motors, and other building plant equipment maintenance. Essential Requirements
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent electrical qualification. Current 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations certification (BS 7671). Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in building services and plant maintenance. Proven experience in commercial building electrical systems and fault-finding.
Valid UK driving license for mobile working requirements.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to work independently. Strong communication skills for professional client interaction.
Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for planned maintenance activities.
Desirable Requirements
