Summary
We are seeking a Site Engineer with strong Structures and/or Highways experience to join our team in the Brackley area. The successful candidate will liaise closely with the Sub Agent and Section Foreman to allocate labour, plant, and materials to ensure works are completed to the required standards, programme, and budget. You will work collaboratively with the setting-out team and take responsibility for the performance and development of junior engineers.
Key duties include identifying and resolving technical problems on site in liaison with senior staff and the Sub Agent, as well as monitoring and coordinating subcontractors to ensure their work meets contractual requirements. You will ensure the team has all current information and resources needed to carry out their duties effectively. Additionally, you will assist with the production of programmes, progress reports, resource and cost plans, and contribute to financial forecasting.

Live Service Support
Provide ongoing live support across platforms including:
Denodo
Talend
Pentaho Data Integration (PDI)
Git
MySQL
Amazon Redshift
Investigate, diagnose and resolve incidents across data and integration services
Work closely with technical teams to maintain service availability and performanceGrafana Monitoring & Alerting
Design, create and consolidate Grafana dashboards
Transform multiple independent dashboards into a unified Live Service view with drill-down capability by service
Gather monitoring requirements from stakeholders
Configure and implement alerting for legacy services that currently lack monitoring
Deliver fit-for-purpose alert thresholds and notifications aligned to operational needs
Improve visibility, observability and proactive incident management
Experience & Skills
Essential
Active SC Clearance
Experience supporting live production environments
Exposure to data platforms such as Denodo, Talend, PDI, MySQL or Redshift
Experience creating or maintaining Grafana dashboards
Understanding of monitoring, alerting and service observability principles
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Ability to gather requirements and translate them into monitoring solutionsDesirable
Experience configuring Grafana alerting
Experience working in a client-side environment
Knowledge of legacy system monitoring uplift
Familiarity with Git version control

We are seeking a Network Technical Integration Lead to provide engineering leadership across Network Security platforms. This role is accountable for engineering excellence, secure change delivery, and operational resilience, working in close partnership with Product Owners and global delivery teams.
The role focuses on delivering secure, scalable, and automated Network Security solutions, aligned to Zero Trust principles, governance frameworks, and enterprise non-functional requirements, while embedding DevSecOps and SRE practices as standard.
Key Accountabilities1. Product-Aligned Engineering Leadership
Own end-to-end technical design for Network Security services, including:
Define and assure non-functional requirements (availability, scalability, performance, security, operability)
Maintain architecture diagrams, security workflows, threat models, and integration contracts aligned with governance standards (e.g. NIST, ISO 27001)
Collaboration & Ways of Working
Required Skills & Experience
810+ years experience designing, building, and operating enterprise network security platforms
Deep hands-on expertise in one or more of:
Strong understanding of Zero Trust Architecture and policy-based access control
Proven DevSecOps, IaC, and CI/CD experience
Solid grounding in ITIL, major incident management, and post-incident review practices
