Job Overview

The Integrated Management System (IMS) Auditor supports the IMS & Audit Manager in maintaining the Hinkley Point C (HPC) integrated management system (IMS) requirements and arrangements, ensures that IMS complies with Regulations, International Standards and internal policies in the areas of Nuclear Safety, Quality, Environment, Health and Safety and Security.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and execute a risk-based internal audit programme, covering IMS requirements and standards
• Define audit scope, criteria, and objectives, plan and lead both scheduled and ad-hoc audits, liaising with Environment & H&S teams
• Accurately categorise findings (Non-Conformances, Observations, etc.), produce timely audit reports, and ensure corrective actions are closed and effective
• Monitor audit results to drive continuous improvement across the IMS
• Work collaboratively with IMS Officers and Certification Body assessors during audits
• Support knowledge sharing and auditor development across the audit team.

Qualifications & Experience

• Essential: IRCA Lead Auditor qualification (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018) and experience applying these standards in a multidisciplinary or large-scale project environment
• Desirable: Exposure to regulated or nuclear settings, UK nuclear licence conditions, CQI/IRCA membership, integrated management system or independent audit experience, large infrastructure projects

We are seeking a motivated and detail-focused Information Governance Officer to join our Corporate Information Governance Team. You’ll play an essential role in ensuring the Council meets its statutory obligations under Data Protection legislation, the Freedom of Information Act, Environmental Information Regulations, and GDPR.

A key part of your role will be managing FOI (Freedom of Information) requests, EIR requests, and SARs (Subject Access Requests) from members of the public, external organisations, and internal colleagues. You’ll provide expert advice, interpret complex legislation, and help embed best practice across the Council.

FOI, EIR & SAR Responsibilities

• Coordinating and responding to Freedom of Information requests (FOIs) within statutory deadlines.
• Managing Subject Access Requests (SARs) and other Data Subject Rights requests under GDPR.
• Reviewing and applying relevant exemptions and extensions where appropriate.
• Assigning information requests to the correct services and leading cross-departmental responses.
• Ensuring accurate recording, tracking, and reporting of all FOIs and SARs.

Broader Information Governance Duties

• Supporting investigations into data security incidents and conducting risk assessments.
• Providing IG advice to staff, Senior Management, Elected Members, and external stakeholders.
• Assisting with Data Protection Impact Assessments and data-sharing agreements.
• Maintaining IG databases, asset registers, and records management documentation.
• Liaising with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and monitoring any recommendations.
• Helping to deliver IG training and contributing to staff inductions.
• Assisting in the review and development of IG policies, procedures, and guidance.

Our financial services client is seeking a Software Licensing Specialist to support the governance, processes and controls surrounding the consumption and contribution of Free and Open Source Software (FOSS). This role sits within an international team and involves close collaboration with Engineering, Tooling and Legal functions. It is well suited to candidates with strong expertise in open-source licensing, or those with a background in Software Asset Management (SAM) / IT Asset Management (ITAM) within a commercial environment.

The successful candidate will be a proactive self-starter, comfortable working independently and delivering to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to engineering teams on the implications of FOSS licensing for their applications.
