My client are an IT consultancy specialising in all things IT support.
PAY:£25.15 (Inside IR35 Via Umbrella)
Previous experience of supporting Apple and Android Phones (across multiple Hardware configs) within a corporate environment required
To respond to service tickets in your regional queue and/or as requested by your TL updating ticket progress after each visit.
Contact users to understand issues, diagnose, and resolve faults with the phones.
Typically, this would be, enrol/de-enrolling devices in Intune, new setup, password support and assistance with application issues.
To ensure all tickets are managed and updated appropriately.
To build a good and professional relationship with customer and 3rd party contacts
To follow all departmental procedures as specified by the Team Leader
Regularly attend daily calls/team meetings, flagging issues and identifying areas and processes for improvement.
