My global industrial company requires an experienced 2nd line IT support contractor for a short term bit of IT support work.
Essential Skills
2nd line IT support experience
Provide software support and implement technology across all server and network areas,
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve desktop hardware faults
Windows 10 and MS Office suite support
Mobile Support : iOS & Android
Basic Printer Support
Building new laptop and knowledg of imaging process
Basic networking support
Great customer service
Great communicator
