We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on UX Designer with experience in ad tech platforms, particularly in areas like dynamic creative optimisation (DCO) and creative effectiveness tools. You’ll help shape user journeys and interface design for our proprietary technology, ensuring our platform is intuitive, high-performing, and loved by creative, media, and strategy teams alike.
Responsibilities:
Lead UX design for features related to creative performance analysis, DCO workflows, and campaign setup.
Translate complex technical functionality into clean, usable interfaces.
Collaborate with product, strategy, and dev teams to wireframe, prototype, and iterate.
Requirements:
Proven experience designing for ad tech, martech, or creative optimisation platforms.
Strong understanding of DCO, media creative workflows, and performance analytics.
Portfolio showcasing intuitive UX for complex B2B tools or dashboards.
Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Lovable or similar tools.
Able to work independently and integrate into fast-paced, cross-functional teams.
