About You
You are an enthusiastic learner with a passion for mastering your craft and a commitment to develop. You are interested in the latest thinking in your area, keep on top of opportunities and trends and seek to bring them into your day-to-day activity.
You’re looking for balance in your life, a job that stretches you, creates an impact, and allows you to become an expert in your field, but leaves space for family, friends and the important ways you want to spend your time away from work.
Your vibe is more scale-up than corporate. You want to work on big, hard problems you might not be able to solve, not incrementally improve something hundreds of others have already nailed. You are an open, friendly collaborator capable of challenging and supporting your colleagues in equal measure.
About the Role
You will work closely with our sales team to deliver Proof of Concept reports for prospective customers and with our Customer Success team, analysing customer insight for large, B2C organisations
You will set up projects in the Wordnerds SaaS platform, formatting customer data for upload, training AI theme categorisations (no experience required, our platform makes training AI easy)
You will analyse customer data in the platform, find trends, anomalies and matters of interest and visualise the insights—the volume and sentiment of issues over time, feedback trends segmented by metadata etc — using Power BI.
You will attend customer discovery meetings to agree the scope and objectives of the report, subjects of interest and existing hypotheses.
You will arrange and attend insight playback meetings to present your analysis
This role involves working extensively with the Wordnerds platform and familiar tools like Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets. Experience of, or an interest in learning to use BI tools like Power BI and Tableau will become more important in time. This is a brilliant role for someone with an interest in data/statistics and growing skills as an analyst.
