About the Role:
Join Wholegrain Digital, a green-tech leader focused on building sustainable WordPress websites. As a WordPress Developer, you will deliver, maintain, and improve WordPress websites for mission-aligned organizations that value sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with PHP and the Gutenberg editor to create and improve WordPress websites.
Use semantic HTML and clean CSS for efficient markup and styling.
Write efficient and robust JavaScript for dynamic website functionality.
Use version control and build tools for development.
Manage sites via hosting platforms and handle API integrations with third-party systems using PHP.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proficient in PHP and experience with the Gutenberg editor.
Strong understanding of semantic HTML markup and CSS.
Solid experience with JavaScript and building robust, dynamic web applications.
Familiarity with version control and build tools.
Experience with REST APIs and integrating with third-party platforms is ideal.
