We are looking for a Junior Project Manager who is eager to learn, grow and make a real impact here at Storyteller. You will work closely with our project management team to gain hands-on experience and develop the required skills in order to take ownership of projects and deliver the best solutions to our amazing clients! What can you expect? - Solving problems on a daily basis, with a focus on pragmatism over screeds of process - Grabbing hold of projects and making them your own - Planning, organising, and monitoring progress across multiple projects - Converting client briefs into roadmaps, timelines and achievable tasks - Collaborating with your teammates daily to brief on what’s needed - Communicating with our clients to understand requirements, communicate project progress and deliver outputs - Identifying and proactively engaging with problems to generate, evaluate and propose possible solutions - Ensuring that project documentation and processes are up-to-date and accurate across all projects - Reviewing what we’re building for our clients to ensure they are to spec and high quality - Analysing data and making informed recommendations for internal and client reports Qualifications What's important to us: - A minimum of a 2:1 degree - Excellent school grades - Proactive attitude; you’re always first on the scene grabbing hold of things - A self-starter who has a strong sense of ownership and initiative - A detail-oriented individual who ensures that all work is completed with accuracy, precision, and thoroughness - The ability to identify, analyse and solve problems efficiently and effectively - A real interest in technology and recent advancements - Openness to learning new things and the ability to learn quickly - The ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously - Excellent oral and written communication skills What's nice to have: - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and experience using online project management software such as Jira and/or Airtable (don’t worry if not - as long as you have an aptitude and hunger for learning new software, we want to hear from you!) - Experience communicating directly with customers - Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, SDKs & APIs
