Leads.io is on the search for a Data Visualization Coordinator to complement our dynamic work environment. As a Data Visualization Coordinator, you will lead the visualization strategies for key departments and stakeholders, developing strategies to reveal insights, track KPIs, and automate reporting. Bring your Tableau and visualization expertise to enhance our dashboards, visualizations, and understanding of our growing data.
Note: Leads.io uses all MacBooks, so PowerBI is not needed. We’re looking for a high level of Tableau expertise.
Other responsibilities are:
Manage key stakeholder relationships to understand business needs, then identify and scope needed visualizations and reports to support those business needs
Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and visualizations for internal departments
Communicate with and train departments to maximize their value from these dashboards, as well as collect feedback on new iterations, visualizations, and features
Oversee and mentor junior visualization specialist projects to create clearer visualizations appropriate for the business needs and leveraging the best features available within Tableau
Collaborate with teams to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
Manage, organize, and update datasets for use in Tableau and other data visualizations and reports
Requirements
Your qualifications
5+ years of experience building complex Tableau dashboards
Proficient in data visualization best practices, e.g. when to use chart types, how to best communicate key information, and how to provide intuitive interactive features
Experience managing stakeholders, and translating business needs into technical requirements/features
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient with SQL and/or Tableau Prep
Familiarity with marketing, web and/or social media analytics
