PURPOSE OF ROLE:
The Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Analyst will be a critical member of the Digital Product team at interactive investor. In this role, you will lead the analysis and optimization of user journeys across our digital products, with the goal of enhancing user experience and maximizing conversions. Your data-driven insights will help shape product development and marketing strategies to drive user engagement and growth.
Requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Data Analysis: Analyse user data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization. Use A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other methods to validate hypotheses and measure performance.
Optimization Strategies: Develop and execute CRO strategies for improving conversion rates across our digital products, including web and mobile platforms.
User Experience: Work closely with design and development teams to enhance user experience by identifying and addressing pain points in user journeys.
Reporting: Prepare and present reports on CRO campaigns, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, design, and engineering, to align optimization efforts with broader business goals.
User Testing: Conduct user testing and gather qualitative feedback to inform optimization strategies and improve the overall customer experience.
Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends and best practices in CRO and apply them to drive continuous improvement.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Essential
Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and heat mapping software.
A/B Testing: Proven experience designing and executing A/B tests and multivariate tests to optimize conversion rates. Understanding of Optimizely a bonus.
UX/UI Understanding: Knowledge of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles to identify opportunities for improvement in digital products.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot trends and anomalies in data.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team and build strong relationships with colleagues from different departments.
Curiosity and Initiative: A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn, experiment, and innovate in the field of CRO.
