As Information & Cyber Security Manager you will be part of a growing IT Infrastructure & Operations team who are focused on detecting attacks against a backdrop of an ever-advancing cyber threat landscape. You will report to the Head of IT Infrastructure & Operations and play a key role in enhancing our InfoSec and Cyber Security stance. Your responsibilities include identifying and executing security initiatives to safeguard the Charity from security threats and cyber-attacks. Additionally, you will be tasked with implementing best practices in security controls, governance, and processes. This role requires being on call for consultation on mission critical services and emergency duties periodically on Saturdays, Sundays, Public Holidays and Charity Closure Days. This is according to the Charity’s Technology Standby Rota.
• Do you have experience working with market security technologies, for example SIEM, IDPS, MDR, IAM, Dark Trace etc and do you have have experience in managing InfoSec & Cyber Security incidents within a large enterprise 24/7 operational business, including on-premise, public and private cloud solutions?
• Do you have a high-level understanding of InfoSec & Cyber Security frameworks, with a proven track record of developing a strategy and implementing a framework, including working knowledge of industry policies, controls and standards such as the NCSC principles?
• Do you have a proven track record of implementing InfoSec and Cyber Security best practice security controls, governance, processes and technologies?
• Do you have experience in managing audits and accreditations such as Cyber Essentials Plus, ISO27001, ISO22301, penetration testing etc as well as remediating any findings?
• Do you have an excellent track record of identifying, prioritising and solving InfoSec & Cyber Security incidents within SLA’s?
• Do you have qualifications in or equivalent experience in Azure, ITIL, Project Management, ISO27001?
