We are looking for a Front End Developer to join our team. As part of the Creative Technology team, you will work on creating, testing, and implementing AI models.
You will build your skills through interesting and challenging work, supporting agency change. We are looking for someone to contribute positively to the studio’s creative environment and future.
As a front-end web developer your primary responsibilities will include supporting both the design and the technology team to produce front-end code to support multiple internal AI and client projects. A keen eye for cutting edge web design, interface development, usability and the ergonomics of a system are as important as a mind for innovation, AI and machine learning.
This is an exciting opportunity to get involved in agency AI projects – you will work on design, development, and testing software applications that utilise AI technologies.
Strong candidates will have graduate studies in computer science, applied mathematics, or the equivalent, and a passion for solving challenging problems in artificial intelligence and machine learning.
Requirements
Essential Skills:
Expertise in one or more general purpose programming languages including Python, Java, C and C++.
Proficiency in web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
Expertise in front-end development of web applications, ensuring user-friendly interfaces and smooth user experiences
Experience in using front-end frameworks
Assist in integrating AI and machine learning functionalities into our day to day work
Exposure to AI and machine learning concepts
Experience in creating and maintaining software documentation
Experience in end to end automated testing integrations
Experience in translating UX wireframes and design mock ups into well organised front end sites
Exploring & evaluating new technologies, frameworks & tools
Conducting experiments & running tests to validate effectiveness of our AI models
Fundamental understanding of AI principles - you are excited and care about building AI applications
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Experience working alongside creatives
About you:
Degree in computer science, software engineering, mathematics or a related technical field
Knowledge of AI principles, techniques and best practices
Enthusiasm for learning new technologies, AI advancements, and exploring innovative solutions
Will be organised, punctual, detailed, accurate, work quickly to tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Commitment to staying updated with the latest developments in AI technology
Proactive - going the extra mile to get things done

Be able to plan and execute multiple projects
