Purpose of the role
The Associate Technical Business Analyst supports the growth of London’s economy by helping London & Partners become a best-in-class organisation for technology, data, and knowledge management. This role plays a key part in ensuring the organisation’s technological ecosystem meets high standards of service for both internal teams and external clients. The analyst focuses on ensuring the reliability and security of technology solutions through effective requirements gathering process analysis and collaboration across the business.

Key Tasks

• Engage with stakeholders to understand key business processes and support the organisation in leveraging technology effectively.
• Assist in gathering and validating requirements, translating them into precise technical specifications to enhance or develop systems and applications.
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by developing test scenarios and working with stakeholders to validate that solutions meet business requirements.
• Ensure any defects identified during testing are documented and addressed before deployment.
• Support the maintenance of data integrity and security for systems and applications by following appropriate policies and procedures.

Job description

• Lead and conduct complex, intelligence-led investigations into data theft and streaming piracy using an all-source approach.
• Collect, preserve, and document digital evidence from various sources, including online networks, dark web marketplaces, and compromised systems, in compliance with legal standards.

Forward Role, is recruiting a Content Developer (AI) on behalf of a globally recognised digital learning consultancy.

This organisation designs and delivers award-winning AI fluency and digital skills programmes for major enterprise clients including some of the world’s biggest brands. They need an experienced senior learning designer to join their product team and lead the creation of next-generation AI learning content.

THE ROLE

This is a full-time, 12-month FTC reporting into the Head of Product. You will design and build AI-focused enterprise learning programmes from scratch - not repurposing generic content, but creating high-impact, gamified, scenario-led experiences using AI tools as a core part of your workflow.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Designing and building AI learning content for major enterprise clients - programmes that develop genuine AI fluency and drive measurable business outcomes
• Creating gamified, scenario-based and simulation-led learning experiences across e-learning, live workshops and blended formats
• Using Microsoft Copilot and Google Gemini as core tools in your day-to-day design process

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven, demonstrable experience creating AI learning content - this is a firm requirement. You must have designed AI programmes, not simply used AI tools as a productivity aid
• 5+ years’ experience as a Senior Learning Designer or Instructional Designer in a corporate or agency environment
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Copilot and Google Gemini
• Advanced Articulate Rise and Storyline skills
• Experience managing freelancers or creative teams
• Strong commercial awareness - comfortable scoping effort, contributing to proposals and presenting to senior client stakeholders

DESIRABLE

• Degree or certification in Instructional Design, Learning Technology or a related field
• Familiarity with LMS/LXP platforms and M365 ecosystem
• Experience designing AI fluency or digital transformation programmes for enterprise

We are looking to recruit an experienced Threat Modelling Consultant to design and implement comprehensive threat models for 90-100 diverse applications. You will evaluate application-generated logs, develop threat detection strategies and report findings to the Information Security team. This role requires deep expertise in Microsoft Azure security tools, log analytics and automation to enhance the customer’s application anomaly detection capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed threat models tailored for a large portfolio of applications with varying threat categories
• Analyse logs generated by applications using Azure Log Analytics and Azure Sentinel to identify anomalies and potential threats
• Design, build and maintain KQL queries
• Implement automated alerting and reporting workflows through Azure Logic Apps with Azure Sentinel
• Collaborate with the Information Security team to ensure actionable insights and timely incident escalation
• Refine and tune threat detection models aligned with client needs
• Provide technical documentation and training as needed to internal teams and stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in threat modelling for complex and diverse application environments
• Strong expertise in Azure Sentinel, including configuration, customisation and automation
