Demonstrate effective leadership and direction to a team of designers to ensure successful delivery of detailed production drawings as per the technical requirements, client specifications and contractual obligations of allocated projects.

4+ years experience of people management within a similar design environment preferably within the marine or construction fit out industry.

A desire to constantly learn, improve and share knowledge and experience.
A thorough understanding of both the design and manufacturing processes, and the interface between them.
