The Opportunity

An established global combustion manufacturer is expanding and now seeking an experienced Commercial Burner Engineer to join its UK field engineering team.

You’ll be home-based, covering Chester, Warrington, Crewe, Stockport, Manchester areas, working on high-quality combustion equipment across process, manufacturing, and commercial boiler plant environments.

This is a manufacturer role, not contracting, offering stability, technical variety, and long-term progression.

The Role

As a Commercial Burner Engineer, you will:

  • Commission, service, and fault-find commercial and industrial combustion equipment
    * Support customers across manufacturing and process environments
    * Provide technical expertise on burners and boiler plant
    * Work independently while representing the manufacturer on-site
    * Deliver high standards of safety, reliability, and customer service

The Person

We’re looking for an engineer with:

  • Proven burner experience in commercial or process heating environments
    * ACS Commercial Gas qualifications
    * Strong fault-finding skills on combustion systems
    * A customer-focused, self-motivated approach
    * Full UK driving licence

Desirable experience with burners/boilers such as:
Nu-Way, Hamworthy, Riello, Dunphy, Ecoflam, Viessmann, Hoval, Saacke, or similar
