Manage communication with clients

Prepare price estimates, budgetary proposals, and formal bid submissions

Interpret client specifications and identify deviations where necessary

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

About YouTo be considered for this position, you will need:

To have a minimum of 2+ years experience within a similar role or relevant degree in mechanical/electrical engineering.

Experience within Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering environments is advantageous.

Experienced in the successful technical management and development of projects.

Competent in Microsoft Office Packages and experience using CRM systems for tracking proposals

To have an understanding of building cost models and pricing strategies

Salary Package:

Fire & Security Engineer

We re hiring for a Fire & Security Engineer to join a specialist business based in Warrington.In this role, you ll be carrying out servicing, maintenance, and fault-finding on a range of fire detection and alarm systems, while providing professional support to clients across the region.What s on offer?

£35,000 - £40,000 per year

Mon Fri 8am 5pm

Overtime paid at 1.5x

20 days holiday + bank holidays

What will you be doing as a Fire & Security Engineer?

Servicing, maintaining, and fault-finding fire detection & alarm systems

Responding to callouts and ensuring systems are fully operational

Maintaining professional on-site conduct and customer communication

Completing paperwork accurately and on time

Participating in the on-call rota

What do you need?

Previous experience in a similar role

Fire Safety Level 3 (desirable)

IPAF and CSCS cards (desirable)
