ABOUT YOU
Proven experience ideally within a large-scale Digital transformation context.
Strong understanding of Finance processes and their integration within an ERP environment (e.g., SAP FI, CO, PS, QM, S/4HANA) in a manufacturing or industrial context. Additional experiences in operations / logistics with Finance integration is desired.
Experience in post-merger integration or transition projects, especially in multi-system environments (desired).
Experience in Transition Service Agreements (TSA) and their operational implication (desired).
Experience with quality management systems and performance monitoring frameworks.
Demonstrated ability in risk management and operational excellence.
Experience in managing external suppliers deliverables.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

They value quality, expertise, and doing things right!Your new role Based in Belfast’s Titanic Quarter, you’ll support designers and installers across NI and ROI. Expect a mix of design, estimation, and project support, plus technical sales input. The Belfast office is becoming the technical hub of the business, offering real progression into senior leadership.Key Responsibilities
Assist with HVAC design and specifications
Prepare reports, schedules, and tenders
Liaise with contractors and suppliers
Visiting sites to assist with surveys, inspections, and commissioning
Keeping up to date with building regs and the latest HVAC tech
Providing after-sales support and helping with service queries
Ensure compliance with energy efficiency standards
