We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented Software Engineer with experience coding PLCs and HMIs to join their growing team, which is expanding in line with the whole business going through a growth period.

This position will be heavily design focus, with trips to sites.

As a Software Engineer, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Writing and developing software required for customer projects - mostly Siemens and Allen Bradley.
  • Testing all software to ensure it produces the correct results.
  • Installing software for customer projects, ensuring there are no faults which could result in delays to project plans.
  • Attending handover meetings with other Engineers regarding projects.

The ideal candidate for the Software Engineer role should possess:

  • A strong background in software development, particularly in PLC and HMI systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • The ability to manage workloads and priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with team members and clients.

In return you’ll receive a salary of up to 60k (DOE), 25 days holiday rising with tenure, Private Medical, a company bonus amongst other benefits.
