About YouEssential:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace, Automotive, or related discipline (2:1 or above), or HND with significant industry experience.
At least 3 years’ experience in motorsport, aerospace, or advanced precision manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
Proficiency in 3D CAD (CATIA V5/V6 preferred).
Experience with prototype development, testing, or validation activities.
Ability to take ideas from concept through to production-ready design.
