Host and escort client visitors, providing a professional and controlled access experience.

Maintain adherence to ISO and ITIL standards and uphold data centre housekeeping.

Skills and experienceYou’ll bring technical competence suited to a busy data centre environment, with the professionalism and reliability needed to represent clients on site. Specifically, we’re looking for:

Current and valid SC and NPPV3 clearance

Experience in a similar data centre or hands-on infrastructure support role, including hardware installation, cabling and basic fault resolution.

Ability to follow procedures accurately, maintain detailed records and work confidently within ISO-aligned and ITIL-based processes.

Strong communication skills for liaising with clients, third-party providers and internal teams.

A calm, methodical approach under pressure, particularly when responding to incidents or out-of-hours activity.

Well-organised, self-motivated and capable of working independently within secure, high-integrity environments.

Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
