If you are a highly involved Engineering Manager, Chief Engineer or Staff Engineer with a blend of hands-on coding and technical leadership of high performing engineering teams, this is a great one for you.What you’ll do:

Technically lead squads and guide high performing engineering teams on build

Architect, problem solve and design solutions end to end, not just ship features

Modern engineering: IaC, CI/CD, secure coding, event-driven architecture, TDD etc

Drive improvement across the whole SDLC

Work with clients directly (this is consultative delivery and advisory)

Support and shape proposals during early stage bids

What you’ll bring:

Extensive engineering experience within one or more of the following languages: Java, JavaScript/TS or C#

Extensive cloud deployment experience across AWS, Azure or GCP

Experience with IaC, CI/CD, TDD

Highly communicative and consulting astuteness to be client facing

Security Clearance Eligibility (you may work on public sector projects!)

Principal Solutions Engineer

Location: Belfast (Hybrid - 2 days in office) Travel: Occasional travel to client sitesMy client is seeking a Principal Solutions Engineer to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of complex Microsoft Dynamics 365, M365, Azure, and Power Platform solutions for key clients. You will play a senior technical role within project teams, helping organisations drive digital transformation and ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned to strategic goals.Key Responsibilities

Lead the discovery and translation of customer needs into clear technical requirements.

Work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts and Developers to determine optimal solution approaches, including configuration, custom development and third-party integrations.

Plan, design, estimate and implement solutions following best practice and established patterns.

Continuously develop your technical knowledge to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Support pre-sales activity, including demos and proof-of-concept development.

Deliver work within established quality frameworks and industry-standard methodologies.

Essential Skills & Experience

Strong experience delivering solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Experience with Microsoft SharePoint Online.

Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform.

Experience working within Agile project environments.
