The Role

Infrastructure Engineer required for an exciting permanent opportunity with a leading London Gaming Organisation playing a key part in shaping, securing, and optimizing the core IT infrastructure that underpins a fast-moving, creative, and technology-driven business.

Offering real ownership, visibility across the IT estate, and the opportunity to drive meaningful improvements across infrastructure, networking, and security.

Role responsibilities:

* Support and maintain Windows Server and core infrastructure services

* Manage VMware (ESXi, vCenter) virtual environments

* Support network infrastructure including switches, wireless, and firewalls

* Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams)

* Monitor system performance and resolve infrastructure incidents

* Support backup, disaster recovery, patching, and vulnerability management

* Work with security tools such as endpoint protection, PAM, and vulnerability scanning

Ideal person:

* Proven experience as an Infrastructure Engineer in a Windows environment

* Hands-on exposure to virtualisation, networking, and security fundamentals

* Strong troubleshooting and operational support capability

* Comfortable working in a lean team where your work has immediate impact

* Someone who enjoys ownership, responsibility, and improving how things are done
