In this varied role, you will move between established legacy projects and fast-moving greenfield expansions, ensuring that the data syncs perfectly between a Ruby on Rails backend and native iOS/Android client devices. You will embed yourself in the design phase to strengthen acceptance criteria before code is even written.The ideal candidate will be a process-driven QA professional with a deep understanding of web and mobile, such as offline modes and location services. The Role:

• Lead the end-to-end testing lifecycle for web and mobile applications.
• Act as the final partner for Engineering, conducting rigorous smoke tests and regression passes to ensure high reliability.
• Maintain and expand the TestRail repository.
• Participate in design sessions to clarify acceptance criteria before a single line of code is written.

The Person:

• Strong experience in manual QA for web and mobile, with the ability to navigate Ruby on Rails and Vue.js.
• Deep proficiency in native iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) testing, including location services and offline mode constraints.
• A proven track record of improving QA workflows and using tools like TestRail and Jira for release.
• Experience testing SaaS platforms with complex user permissions, ideally within the Transport, Logistics, or Government sectors.
