Gather Insights: analyse and document technical and non-functional requirements, translating them into detailed Technical Requirements Documents (TRDs).

Define Interfaces: Manage system interfaces between ProcessUnity and other enterprise platforms, ensuring smooth data flow.
Vendor Support: Assist in vendor onboarding and risk assessment processes to enhance procurement operations.
Engage Stakeholders: Drive consensus across Procurement, Risk, Compliance, and IT, ensuring project alignment.
Communicate Effectively: Provide updates to senior stakeholders and maintain transparency throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Ensure Compliance: Adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies related to third-party risk and data governance.
Required Skills:
Proven experience in business/systems analysis, especially in banking, procurement, or third-party risk management.
Strong background in implementing SaaS platforms, ideally ProcessUnity or similar GRC/TPRM tools.
Familiarity with SaaS and cloud-based applications (Azure/AWS).
Excellent understanding of technical and non-functional requirements like performance, security, and scalability.
Experience in interface specification and integration design, including APIs and data mapping.
Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of GRC platforms and third-party risk workflows.
Experience with procurement systems (e.g., Coupa, Ariba, SAP).
Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and SQL.
Exposure to Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Proficiency in Linux, including basic troubleshooting via command-line interfaces.
Solid working knowledge of IT networking (IPv4, TCP/UDP, DNS) and common security standards (SSH keys, TLS certificates).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems in both broadcast and IT environments.
Experience working in live production environments is a plus.
Familiarity with graphics solutions such as Vizrt, Unreal Engine, Unity, and HTML5.

SR2 are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support the discovery, definition, and migration planning for a cloud adoption roadmap, with a particular focus on modern data platform capabilities. The role centres on capturing business-aligned cloud requirements, shaping Databricks-led data platform needs, and supporting a phased migration strategy across critical services and data workloads.Key Responsibilities Requirements Discovery
Lead workshops with Architecture, Data, Engineering, Product, and Cyber to capture Cloud + Databricks needs.
