What youll be doing:

• Develop short, medium and long-term resource plans using historical data, project pipelines and demand forecasts.
• Build and maintain capacity models to align workforce supply with demand across teams, projects and locations.
• Conduct scenario modelling (what-if analysis) to assess the impact of changes in volumes, staffing or priorities.
• Monitor utilisation, KPIs and operational performance to identify risks, trends and improvement opportunities.
• Analyse complex datasets to uncover patterns, bottlenecks and insights that inform planning decisions.
• Collaborate with the Insights team to integrate wider customer and operational data into planning assumptions.

What you'll be doing: Build and maintain dashboards tracking experiment performance and platform adoption Analyse A/B tests, ensuring data quality, validity, and actionable insights Perform deep-dive and ad-hoc analysis on experiment health and user behaviour Work closely with product, engineering, and data teams to support decision-making Translate complex data into clear, impactful narratives for stakeholdersWhat we're looking for: Strong SQL skills (essential) with experience working on large datasets Solid Python experience (pandas, NumPy) for data analysis Strong understanding of A/B testing and experimentation concepts Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar) Ability to work independently in a distributed team environmentNice to have: Experience with BigQuery and dbt Exposure to experimentation platforms (e.g., Optimizely, LaunchDarkly) Familiarity with experiment quality frameworks or advanced testing methodsIf you're a hands-on analyst who enjoys working with data at scale and driving insights through experimentation, this could be a great fit.
