Are you an experienced Foot Mobile Engineer with a strong background in high-end commercial sites? Do you have experience managing your own PPMs, reactive works, and liaising with subcontractors?

We’re working with a leading HVAC and FM service provider who is looking for a Foot Mobile Engineer to join their team, covering multiple prestigious sites across Central London.

You will be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial offices, laboratories, and plant rooms. This includes fault-finding, repairs, and ensuring the smooth operation of all M&E systems.
Key Responsibilities

  • Carrying out switching schedules and running building shut downs and complex system works.
  • Deliver routine PPM and electrical plants in line with site schedules and asset lists.
  • Carry out reactive tasks, including concessionary stores and fabric-related items, ensuring swift and effective resolutions.
  • Oversee subcontractor works, ensuring safe working practices and high-quality service.
  • Operate a Permit to Work System in line with company and client H&S procedures.
  • Diagnose and remedy plant faults, sourcing spares where required.
  • Complete all relevant paperwork and update the CAFM system (e.g., Maximo) accurately and promptly.
  • Maintain plant rooms in a safe, clean, and tidy condition at all times.
