We are looking someone who is customer-focused, technically skilled, and eager to learn within a fast-paced environment. As IT Support Analyst you will provide 1stand 2ndline technical support to end-users across the company (including remote colleagues).

  • Perform routine maintenance and updates on systems, ensuring compliance with company IT policies

About You

  • Minimum 2 years experience in an IT Support/Systems Administrator or Service Desk role

We are looking for a ERP Developer to join our in-house development team. You’ll be part of a dynamic, supportive and solution-focused environment where collaboration and continuous improvement are central to how we work.

In this role, you’ll design, develop and implement high-quality modules and customisations within Priority ERP. You’ll work on a broad range of technical challenges, integrating new features into the wider system, enhancing existing functionality, and ensuring the overall reliability and performance of our ERP platform.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and test ERP modules, features and integrations

Consider the wider system impact of your work to ensure solutions are well-integrated and align with the overall architecture

Customise and extend Priority ERP to support business processes

Write clean, efficient and reusable code with clear documentation

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the ERP environment

Work with the development team to refine solutions and contribute alternative perspectives

Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements

Contribute to the continuous improvement of system architecture and development practices

Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ software development experience

Strong SQL skills

Experience with ERP development or similar business systems

Solid foundation in software development principles

Logical and analytical thinker with strong attention to detail

Ability to step back and analyse problems from multiple angles, recognising patterns, edge cases and outliers while keeping sight of the core objective
