You will be responsible for seeking out new business opportunities and delivering new customer wins within the middle and upper segments of the SME market. For this role you must have a successful proven background in developing business within Microsoft Business Applications on behalf of a Managed Services Provider.This is a home-based role with some travel required when necessary.Job responsibilities:

Seek out new business opportunities with a strong focus around Microsoft Business Applications within defined guidelines and timescales

Build, manage and maintain a substantial pipeline of qualified opportunities to underpin target achievement

Thoroughly research & understand individual market sectors to identify potential customer targets

Job requirements:

Extensive business development experience

Able to adapt to, embrace and lead change

Strong presentation Skills

Commercial awareness and a broad understanding of business issues

Adobe AEP & AJO Technical Administrator

My client, a leading retail company are looking for an experienced Adobe AEP & AJO Technical Administrator to join their team on a 6-month contract. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth configuration, maintenance, and optimisation of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) integrations. You will work closely with marketing, IT, and data teams to enable personalised customer journeys and maintain platform stability.Key Responsibilities

Configure and administer AEP and AJO environments (schemas, identities, namespaces).

Collaborate with data engineers on XDM schemas and identity stitching.

Troubleshoot data ingestion issues via APIs, SDKs, and connectors.

Manage integrations with Adobe RTCDP, Offer Decisioning, and Analytics.

Set up webhooks and Real Time triggers for external system interactions.

Monitor platform performance and conduct regular audits.

Maintain documentation and change logs.

Skills & Experience

3+ years hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Journey Optimizer.

Strong understanding of marketing automation and customer journey orchestration.

Proficiency with REST APIs, JSON, and data formats like Parquet.

Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud tools (Target, Analytics, Campaign).
