Software Engineer (Mid-Senior Level) - Leeds (Hybrid - 3 days onsite) - £45,000 - £55,000 I’m partnering with a scaling, technology-first organisation in the digital services sector that’s expanding its engineering capability in Leeds. They’re looking for a mid-senior Software Engineer who enjoys taking ownership of solutions and influencing how software is built - not just writing code. This role would suit someone confident in their craft, happy to mentor others, and keen to work on meaningful, long-term projects using a modern Microsoft stack. The Opportunity You’ll join a team of 10 engineers , made up of a mix of mid and senior developers, working in cross-functional squads alongside Product, QA and UX.
