About the Job

As a Blue Yonder Technical Lead you will work alongside project delivery and other technical stakeholders to guide the application roadmap and maintain alignment to WMS strategy, and overseeing design and development of all changes being completed by their teams whilst ensuring that the coding standards and best practices are being followed.

As part of your key responsibilities youll:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand functional and non-functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Design application architecture and develop technical solutions that align with business objectives and best practices.
Allocate development work within the team based on skill set and ensure coding standards and best practices are being followed.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including project managers, technical resources from other functions, testers, and business analysts, to ensure smooth project execution.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development team members, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and design principles.
Review code and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability.
Design and oversee the integration of Blue Yonder’s applications with external systems and third-party software.
Inform integration strategies, protocols, and data exchange mechanisms to ensure seamless interoperability.
Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of Blue Yonder’s platform, including supply chain management and retail planning applications.
Create comprehensive technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, design specifications, and system documentation.
