Description

We’re now growing the team in response to the incredible demand we’ve been facing.

You’ll join our remote team to work on executing an evolving product roadmap and will be among our first engineers to tackle the problems this industry faces. Along the way, you’ll own large parts of the product and make a big impact at a global scale.

You will begin the role as part of the core engineering team where you will be expected to be hands-on with the code (writing the code, reviewing other’s code). You will influence Desana’s engineering culture, and as we grow as an engineering team there may be opportunities to lead.

You will work closely with our product team and the wider company to develop new functionality to serve our customers, our customers’ employees, our workspace partners and our internal teams.

## About You

You are an established software engineer (this won’t suit someone who is looking for their first role)

You have a strong technical and product background

You can communicate well and are able to articulate complex ideas in easy-to-understand ways

You are comfortable working autonomously, with experience in entrepreneurial/startup environments

You are eligible to work (and are based) within the UK

You are willing to undertake a background check prior to joining
