Salt is seeking a Senior/Lead Digital Transformation Business Analyst to lead business analysis activities across complex digital transformation projects, including medication management, finance, HR, and care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead business analysis activities across multiple transformation projects.
Conduct in-depth process analysis to drive both short-term optimisations and long-term changes.
Create end-to-end customer, staff, and supplier journeys and support Target Operating Model definition.
Develop process maps, data flow diagrams, and system integration models.
Create comprehensive business and functional specifications for all solutions.
Collaborate with IT architects to design and implement innovative digital solutions.
Utilize data analytics and visualisation tools to provide insights.
Apply an end-to-end systems thinking approach to process interactions and integrations.
Support change management efforts for successful adoption of new technologies.
Create training plans and documentation as required.
Participate in the ITT process and procurement by defining high- and low-level requirements.
Conduct as-is, to-be, and gap analysis for agreed processes.
Support and mentor junior Business Analysts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
7+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on digital transformation projects.
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in:
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio - advanced)
Microsoft Dynamics 365
Power BI
Miro or similar collaboration tools
Experience with data mapping, system integrations, and IT architecture analysis.
Expertise in process mapping and modeling (including BPMN).
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proven ability to lead and mentor junior team members.
Preferred Certifications:
CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis)
CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner)
Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher)
Scrum Master
Salary & Contract:
£325–£350 per day (Outside IR35)
Work Setup & Location:
Hybrid (2 days per week in North West London, London)
