The Role

As a key member of our maintenance team, you’ll be responsible for:

• Performing planned and reactive maintenance on a range of automated production and packaging machinery
• Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical faults to minimise downtime
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and reliability
• Working collaboratively with production teams to ensure optimal machine performance
• Maintaining accurate maintenance records and adhering to health & safety standards

What We’re Looking For

• A time-served or qualified engineer (NVQ Level 3 / ONC / HNC / equivalent) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Proven experience in a fast-moving manufacturing or FMCG environment
• Strong fault-finding skills across mechanical, electrical, and PLC systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a shift team
• A proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering high standards
