Location: Fully remote flexible start/finish
Salary: £90 100K + Bonus + Equity + 5% Pension + Health Plan + 25 Days Holiday
As Data & AI Team Manager, you ll lead and develop a talented team of three Data Specialists, driving delivery across data migration, BI, and emerging AI/ML initiatives. You ll play a key role in setting best practice, shaping the roadmap, and mentoring your team as their capability grows.
Working closely with senior stakeholders across major financial services firms, you ll have genuine influence over data strategy and innovation direction at leadership level.
What you ll bring
Proven experience in data migration and BI delivery
Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and lifecycle management
Strong leadership and people management skills
Background in financial services (ideally wealth management)
Nice to have
Familiarity with Curo, Intelligent Office, Xplan, Plannr, or Wealth Dynamix (or similar IFA/financial advice systems)
Exposure to AI/ML projects or a passion to lead this area in the future
