Job Description:
We’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic Frontend Engineer with strong Angular experience to join our multi-supplier team working on a large-scale digital transformation programme. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing and strategically important service, delivering functional code as part of the ITSA quarterly release cycle.
You’ll be involved in all aspects of application development-from building new features and writing clean, maintainable code to testing, diagnosing issues, and resolving problems. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality user experiences in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop responsive and accessible Front End applications using Angular and JavaScript.
Collaborate with Back End engineers, designers, and product owners to deliver seamless user experiences.
Write automated tests using Playwright to ensure application reliability and performance.
Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in JavaScript and modern Angular frameworks.
Experience with Playwright or similar testing tools for end-to-end automation.
Strong understanding of Front End architecture, component-based design, and RESTful APIs.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve Front End performance and usability issues.
Desirable Attributes
Experience working in agile, multi-disciplinary teams.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
